When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Store information including store name, domain, and contact details
• Basic store settings and configuration
• Store URL and domain information for keyword tracking purposes

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you once you have installed the App:

• Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, email address, and billing information
• Keywords, domains, and website URLs you choose to track
• Tag and filter preferences for keyword organization
• Search engine ranking data and performance metrics

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies:

• "Log files" track actions occurring on the App, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to:

• Track and monitor keyword rankings across Google search results
• Provide daily updates on keyword performance
• Generate reports and analytics for your SEO strategy
• Communicate with you about the service and support
• Optimize or improve the App functionality and features
• Process billing and manage your subscription

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We use Google Search APIs to collect ranking data, and we may share website URLs and keywords with these services for tracking purposes.

We also use analytics and hosting services to help us improve the App and provide reliable service. These service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

When you use the App, we will maintain your keyword tracking data and account information for as long as your account remains active. Historical ranking data may be retained for analytical purposes but will be anonymized after account deletion.

If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain for legal or regulatory purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure hosting infrastructure, and regular security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send you an email notification.
