Wizardo Terms of Service

By installing and using Wizardo's keyword rank tracking service ("Service") in connection with your Shopify store, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use this service. These terms apply to all users of the service, including merchants, store owners, and authorized users.

Wizardo provides keyword rank tracking services that monitor and report on Google search engine positions for specified keywords related to your websites and domains.

Our service includes daily ranking updates, advanced filtering options, tag organization systems, and comprehensive reporting tools to help you track your SEO performance and improve your search engine visibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account when using our service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up keyword tracking, including valid domain names and keywords that you have the right to monitor.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches.

Service limits apply based on your subscription plan as outlined on our pricing page and in the Shopify App Store:

• Starter (Free): 10 keywords, 1 domain, daily updates
• Growth: 100 keywords, 3 domains, daily updates, advanced filters
• Advanced: 300 keywords, 10 domains, daily updates, advanced and tag filters
• Business: 1000 keywords, 50 domains, daily updates, all features

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

All billing is handled through Shopify's secure payment system. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected in your plan.

All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

Our service collects keyword ranking data from Google search results. While we strive for accuracy, search results can vary based on location, personalization, and other factors outside our control.

You may only track keywords and domains that you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You agree not to use our service to track competitors' proprietary information without authorization.

We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on the ranking data provided by our service.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service to track keywords for illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our service
• Use automated tools to overload or disrupt our service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Wizardo service, including its software, algorithms, and user interface, is the exclusive property of Wizardo and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your keywords, domain data, and any content you input into the service. We do not claim ownership over your data.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your access to historical ranking data will be permanently removed unless required to be retained by law.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms and sending notice through the service or your registered email address.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
